We want your experience applying to be easy and seamless. We follow Federal Fair Housing laws and offer an electronic, non-discriminatory application process for potential tenants. This entails obtaining consent to complete a background check with a secure soft credit pull. There is a one-time $75 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application submission.
Long & Short Term Rentals
With properties across the Carolina Beaches and centrally located in the Triad area of North Carolina, you can find long-term rental single-family residences and condos, or short-term vacation rentals with us. We offer one- and two-bedroom condos and full-size family homes located in safe communities that are emotional-support-animal-friendly.
Excellent Tenant Services
Our promise to you is to provide timely responses for every level of service needed. Local maintenance teams in all areas handle all necessary repairs or any needed maintenance. Long-term rental tenants have upgrade options if there are any areas you would like to modernize further. We also offer direct booking for short-term rentals to eliminate third party booking fees. These savings are passed directly to YOU!
