With over 20 years’ experience in residential property management, Rueben McGruder is focused on providing a cost-conscious “welcome home” experience, while offering affordable short-term vacation rentals at our beautiful Carolina beaches, or long-term rentals throughout the southeast region of the US. He also has 30+ years of experience in Project Management and Construction Management within the Real Estate Investment Trust industry. In 1997, he obtained his first rental and has enjoyed building relationships within his community since. This dedication gives Rueben the ability to consistently provide his customers with the industry’s best, most cost-effective short or long-term residential experiences.
